Normal Carrier Rates - Ground (Consolidated):

Handling Time - Typically ships within 2-3 business days once all items are in stock** (excluding holidays)
Transit Time - Typically arrives at the destination within 5-7 business days.  Note that some rural destinations in Canada can take up to 15 business days.

All purchases up to $399.99 will have normal carrier shipping rates applied to their order.  Shipping rates for orders under $399.99 are not discountable.  In addition to the normal carrier rates, overweight and oversize charges will be applied to the order.  Please see the Special Handling section on this page.

Your orders will be consolidated into one shipment. This may take longer to ship depending on product availability, but there will only be one per-shipment charge. Please be aware that items listed as Available, Due In or Backordered can potentially delay shipments with this shipping option.  If you need your items faster, please use the Ground Split, UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air shipping methods.

Your order will be sent in two shipments. Everything that's currently in stock will ship immediately.  When the rest of the products are available we will send a second shipment.  You should choose this option if you want to receive some items quickly.

UPS Next Day Air / UPS 2nd Day Air

Handling Time - Typically ships within 2-3 business days once all items are in stock** (excluding holidays)
Transit Time - Typically arrives at the destination next business day (UPS Next Day) or within 2 business days (UPS 2nd Day Air).  This excludes holidays.

NOTE: Expedited shipping methods do not imply that you will receive your order next day or 2 days after it is placed. Please allow time for your order to be picked and shipped, which can take anywhere from 2-5 days depending on volume or time of season.

It is recommended to use this shipping method for items that show "In Stock" only.  Adding items to your order that are not in stock or are backordered will delay your shipment.  We do not ship UPS Next Day Air orders until all items for the order are in stock.  UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box or Roural Route Number.  We will not be responsible for reshipment costs.

Air service does not guarantee that your order will arrive on the expected delivery date.  Under normal circumstances, air service is guaranteed.  However, due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or unforseen circumstances there may be delays.  Muscle Cars & Classics is not responsible for delayed deliveries.

Items that have the Shipping Included identifier on the product page already have the shipping costs included in the cost of the product.  You will not be charged any additional shipping fee when ordering these products.  These products must ship by "ground" service within the Canadian Provinces. (Excludes Yukon, Northwest & Nunavut.  Normal carrier rates apply.)  If this item is returned for any reason, the included cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Resto360 Classic Free Shipping:

When a customer is enrolled in Resto360 Classic, they will receive free shipping on their initial $2500.00 order.  Any subsequent orders with a product total great than $1000.00 will also receive free shipping.

Truck Freight Shipments:

Handling Time - Typically ships within 4-6 business days once all items are in stock (excluding holidays)
Transit Time - Typically arrives at the destination within 7-10 business days.  Note that some rural destinations in Canada can take up to 15 business days.

Products that require truck freight are displayed on the product page as well as the checkout screen listed under "Ship Type".  This indicates that this item is too large for standard ground delivery and must be shipped by truck freight (LTL).  Truck freight rates vary depending on product, destination, and whether the item is being delivered to a residence.  Residential deliveries require an additional fee of $125.00 which is assessed by the freight company.  A lift-gate charge of $40 will also be added to all freight orders.

Special Handling:

These are designations for packages that meet one of the following specifications for billing purposes.  Items that require this shipping are displayed on the product page, as well as the checkout screen listed under "Ship Type".

Oversize 1 (OS1): Designates a combined length and girth exceeding 84 inches, but less than 108 inches. Actual weight is less than 30 lbs, and is billed at 30 lbs.

Oversize 2 (OS2): Designates a combined length and girth exceeding 108 inches but less than 130 inches. Actual weight is less than 70 lbs, and is billed at 70 lbs.

Oversize 3 (OS3): Designates a combined length and girth exceeding 130 inches but less than 165 inches.

Undeliverable / Refused Deliveries:

All packages that are undeliverable or refused will be returned to inventory and the cost of the product will be refunded to the customer's original form of payment.  Restocking fees may apply.  Original shipping costs and insurance are not refundable.

Package Protection:

Each order is charged an insurance fee of $2.00 per $100 of the order subtotal, known as Package Protection. This fee will insure the entire order and protect you completely from damages or loss. Package Protection is not optional.
