Reproduction hood tachometer vent line set for 1967-72 Pontiac models including 1967-69 Firebird and Trans Am. In 1968 Pontiac had a problem with their hood tachometer fogging up, so in 1970 they came out with this special vent line set. GM's fix was connecting a vacuum hose from the bottom of the hood tach to the heater box on the firewall. All 1970-72 Pontiac hood tachs had this set installed by the factory to correct this problem.
