Cut out your old plates, flush weld in these replacement plates and make your old Firebird subframe as good as new. NOTE: These plates must be welded flush with the surrounding metal or subframe geometry could be seriously effected. 75-81 Subframes have some mounting holes moved forward. The subframe mount repair kit will still work. But, some plates will need to be trimmed for use.
