This kit does include the mounting columns and also includes the 3rd brake light wiring. The high wing spoiler requires two holes in a liner fashion at the pillars and one for wiring for the light during installation. The high wing spoiler kit can be installed on either Camaro's with no spoiler previously or can replace the original stock spoiler.
