Fuel tank antisqueak kits are a necessary part of your Nova gas tank installation. Originally, GM used a tacky, tar-like anti-squeak set on top of the fuel tank only. This set contains material to cover all areas of the tank which may have problems with metal on metal contact. Our fuel tank anti-squeak inserts fit 1962, 1963, 1964,1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978 and 1979 Nova and Chevy II.
NOTE: For ease of installation, a small amount of general spray adhesive may be applied to the tank to make the anti-squeak kit adhere during tank installation.
