And, Best of all, you can retain your original serpentine belt.For 84 you will have to relocate the power steering reservoir. You can manufacture a bracket, strap it to the eliminator pulley bracket, or use the 85-style reservoir bracket.The 1985 bracket is discontinued from GM-you will need to find it used.
