From 1909-1914, Model T's had a handle on the starting crank that was held on with a simple pin. After 1914, the pinned-on handle was replaced by a thin metal sleeve which spun when cranking, but looked as if it was a part of the starter crank. This has the correct mounting pin that must be peened to the crank.
