This special steel conversion mount will allow for installation of the later model c-4 transmission into late 1961 on up through 1965 Rancheros, Falcons and Comets. This mount will not work in the 1961 Falcons with the frame to frame transmission mount. Can be used on both v8 and six cylinder applications. Made in the usa!
