Ford Temperature Sender unit for 1940-53 Ford Truck or 1940-55 Ford Car
Our Dennis Carpenter Ford temperature sender units are manufactured in the USA for an exact precision replacement of the original. Over the past decades, original temperature sender units get worn internally, leading to an improper reading being sent to the dash's temperature gauge and externally they get oxidized, looking shabby.
This Carpenter Industries new temperature sender is made from brass, swedged together, features a single male spade terminal, and has been made with a ⅜” NPT thread, exactly like the original.
Dennis Carpenter Ford Restorations have been manufacturing and selling quality Ford parts for over 50 years!
If you want the very best in Ford Bronco parts let Dennis Carpenter be your #1 source.

Order your 1940, 1941, 1942, 1943, 1944, 1945, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953 Ford Truck or 1940, 1941, 1942, 1943, 1944, 1945, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954 or 1955 Ford Car 6 & 8 cylinders.
Note: Teflon tape should not be used on a sending unit when installing it. This can block the ground circuit and not allow the gauge to read properly. Don't worry, the sender is a tapered brass thread and the brass will conform to the steel insert to allow it to seal.
