The snout of the water pump has been bored out to accept a sealed ball bearing in place of the old original roller bearing that is pressed onto the shaft to eliminate end play. It also has a sealed rear bushing assembly with a stock pack nut. The packing nut contains graphite packing as a backup. Our no-leak Model A water pump comes with a gasket and fan mounting kit. The impeller is the cut-down version. The rear bushing requires grease. 4-bolt design. Brass pack nut for 1928-29's.
