The Lingenfelter GT9 camshaft was designed based on extensive engine dyno testing with an LS9 ZR1 engine. The GT9 camshaft was in the Lingenfelter cars that won 1st and 2nd place at the 2010 LSX Shootout.
Use this cam in supercharged or turbocharged applications on LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, LS7, and LS9 engines. Produces a smooth idle for automatic or six-speed manual transmission-equipped vehicles and can be driven daily.
The LS9 camshaft is a three-bolt design. If you are installing it on a single bolt application like LS2 or LS3, use the Lingenfelter three-bolt cam conversion kit.
When installing this camshaft in an LS9 ZR1 engine, we suggest the 26918-16 valve springs with the stock ZR1 retainers.
